Along with facilitating corporate functions and events across the Monterey Peninsula, DC Events & Design also provides companies and corporate groups an outlet to disconnect from work for a moment and focus on building the camaraderie and trust within your staff. All of our team building activities take place on one of our Monterey or Carmel beaches. Team building exercises can vary anywhere from beach races, scavenger hunts, blindfold competitions and water balloon tosses all the way to beach olympic games like volleyball and bocceball.

All equipment for the team building activities are provided. All you need to bring are your shorts, sunglasses and be ready to have a good time! Our volleyball net and bocceball court are set up and ready before you step foot on the beach. Our team building activities are always ran with a portable speaker and wireless microphone to ensure great music and clear communication through out the event. Depending on the time of day groups can either unwind with boxed lunches on the beach or smore over a bonfire while enjoying the ocean air.
